An AI property manager and letting agent. Our flagship.
Letting a property is mostly admin, and most of it arrives at inconvenient times: a tenant's enquiry on a Sunday, a boiler that stops on a bank holiday, a certificate that expired last month. Proper Agent does that work the way a good agent would, without the office hours.

Why an agency builds its own
Because it keeps us honest. Every recommendation we make to a client about a stack, a timeline or a feature to cut is one we've had to live with ourselves, on software with real users and a real bill at the end of the month.
It also means we understand founders from the inside. We know what it is to launch to a waiting list of forty, to pick the two features that matter and drop the rest, and to keep a product running with a small team. That's the same position most of our clients are in.
