This site is run by CATALYSTFOUR LTD, a company based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. If you want to ask about your data, write to hello@catalystfour.com.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive whatever you put in the email. The contact form on this site is not currently connected, so filling it in does not send us anything.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. Your browser may still send standard technical information to our host (such as an IP address and the page you requested) so the site can be served.

What we use it for

We use contact details to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who else sees it

If you email us, the message goes through ordinary email. If we work together we may also use ordinary tools such as email and project hosting to do the work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not take on are deleted within a year. If we work together we keep what we need for the project and for tax and legal records, and no longer than that.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@catalystfour.com and we will reply within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
